Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order if it is in the processing state. Once the order has been confirmed by the company, you can’t cancel the order.
• Good once sold will not be taken back.
• Company reserve the right to cancel the order anytime without prior information.

Product Quality

My India Retail is not responsible for product quality. The quality of the product will be the brand’s responsibility. You can directly contact a manufacturing company.

Payment

• Payment against delivery
• The title in goods will remain with us until full payment is realized.
• We also reserved the right to take back possession of goods; and claim damages if buyer default in payment or his cheque in dishonoured.
• Please do not pay cash or in kind give any product to our employee, it will be at your risk.
• In case if cheque is dishonoured, Cheque return charges will be debited to your account and you shall pay the same without any reason or delay.
• payment not made within due date will attract the interest @2% P.M and the same shall the debited and collected from your account
